it's so nice that at present each good project provides such FAQ documents. otherwice it would take countless hours for users to search for files in order to understand how it works. i highly appreciate this useful information. still hope that if I get any questions concerning the documents, I'll be able to ask here and get the support I need.

You guys did the great job for this valuable product but I haven't seen most users for this product. I think you should define how and for which kinds of NGOs can get benefit from this software. If you had specified some detail on such topics then you could attract more users for your product.
