To merge the donations from two separate records, follow these steps:
1. Decide which of the two records will be deleted/without donations
2. Select "View Payments"
3. Put cursor on donation you wish to merge and double click
4. On the top of the record, within a grey box, you will see the word "reassign" in blue. Click on the word
5. Type in the last name of the record you wish to contain the donation. A list of names fitting your selection will appear.
6. Choose the record.
