Lengthening last name field

We would like to put an organization's entire name in the last name field so that it shows on searches. Is there a way for me to increase the number of characters that the last name field will hold?

Can you identify yourself??
Currently ODB is able to handle larger last name fields, if the field size is modified within the definitions for the ODB database.
If you do not have access to a copy of Access 97 we would be able to assist you in doing this for a small fee.
