Mass action to move data from one field to another.I created a user field labeled "Job Title" in the old version of ODB. There is not an built in ODB setting to do this but the update can easily be made by accessing your ODB data through access or Open Office. This can be done by selecting all the records with one column, clicking copy, then selecting the 2nd column and clicking 'Paste'. There are other ways to do it more quickly, perhaps via SQL query of the form:
update TABLE set FIELD1 = FIELD2;
