I am trying to segment my list into lapsed, current and never given and am having two problems.

1. When I export the entire database and open with Excel I have all of the records present, but all of the payments are not. That is in the last gift date and amount file there are donors - including our largest who have a "0" for "LastGift" and null for "lastgiftdt". In fact, it seems that no one has given to us since 2005

2. When I run the query "Select * from people WHERE lastgiftdt >= #1/1/2007# " using the fill in the box approach in people I get no one.

In the records of individuals the data is correct (or seems to be).
