Printing report from appeal code.

I tried printing a list of donors to a fundraiser we recently had, when I printed the columns did not line up. seemed to print according to how long the name is. How do you fix that?

This is not an issue with the RC6 version of 1.1 -- that was available in April 2008. The report printing was implemented in simple HTML (and it is even possible to add style information) so you can get the columns to line up quite well.
