Cannot turn on Occupation option

I have tried everything, but no matter what I do, I cannot turn on the "Occupation" option in the Settings/Wrench "Optional Fields Custom 1" list. For that matter, I am not able to turn on any of the options in this list. The "dot" is in the "On" position, but it never shows on any of the people data pages. I think the codes for the items in this list were somehow omitted in this version of ODB?

The occupation option works fine in version 1.1RC6; this field appears at the bottom of the "voter" tab.
