Allow use of Macedonian Cyrillic Alphabet

I need to turn on the use of the Macedonian alphabet in ODB for data entry in fields. It is turned on in Windows XP and has been working in all Microsoft applications except it seems to not work in ODB. I had assumed that since this is an Access developed database it would simply follow windows settings. There seems to be a language setting code. Where do I get the code? Can I make Macedonian happen?
