Our signup form for the ODB download requires users to give us contact information (name, email address, and zip code) and optionally allows them to provide additional information (organization's name, address, phone).

Our site makes use of cookies to record whether you are logged into our site. Cookies are small packets of information stored on your computer.


2. Our Use of Your Information

The information we collect is only for the use of Organizers' Collaborative, a nonprofit organization registered with the Internal Revenue Service. We may use this information for semiannual email appeals requesting financial support for the ODB project and the OC. We may also use this information for followup emails that will be sent subsequent to the downloading of Organizers Database (ODB) providing information about support services. Furthermore, users of the ODB site may opt to subscribe to the ODB help email newsletter or may file bug reports at the Mantis bug tracking page. These are opt in services and the implications of opting in are described on the registration pages.


3. Our Disclosure of Your Information

We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described in this Privacy Policy.
