Farmworker Association of Florida

The Farmworker Association of Florida (FWAF) is a non-profit organization that works to create safe and fair working and living conditions for its over 10,000 members in 11 counties. In 2002, OC provided a brief training and helped manually enter 500 donor records into a one-computer database. The following year, OC returned to assist FWAF in customizing ODB and networking it for a two-PC peer-to-peer network. Since this time, FWAF has increased its donor database to over 800 people. Sister Gail Grimes, a long-time FWAF leader, testifies to being much more "organized and efficient" in their fundraising practices because of ODB.
